It is a common misconception that running inevitably leads to injuries. While it is true that many runners suffer injuries, there is nothing inevitable about it! By being smart, not increasing your mileage too quickly, getting the right pair of shoes, and replacing your shoes before they wear out, you can run happily for years and years without an injury.
What should you do if you do get injured? Come talk to us! Our experienced staff can spot many common causes of injury, such as running in the wrong type of shoe or increasing your mileage too quickly. And if one of us is unable to help you, we know someone who can.
